I heard back from US Comfort immediately and within hours, Elyas arrived to inspect the job and give me a quote! Replacement of our old unit occurred within a few days of my approval. Elyas and his co-worker did an excellent job removing and replacing the old unit, followed by a thorough clean-up. I live in an old building, which presented some challenges. Elyas communicated with me all along the way and handled the difficulties with professionalism and skill.He is quick, courteous, and delivered his work on schedule and on budget. I called on Friday of a holiday weekend; they came and checked my place out the following Tuesday and installed my fans the next day. I got a fair quote within a couple hours of the inspection visit and they communicated by text and phone to get me what I wanted. While here, they were quiet and respectful of my working from home and also of my space, keeping it clean.
