Twin Home Experts was our second company we had called for our rodent problem. The first company did an exclusion and set multiple traps. After 3 months, no success as we kept hearing the rodents in the wall. When I called Twin Home Experts, Elmer answered the phone and was very patient and informative about their process. The next day he was able to send a crew for an inspection. Enrique and his crew showed up and within less than two hours identified the entries. Jim and his team were amazing. I had a rodent issue and couldn't find the entry point gave them a call set up an appointment. They came out in a timely fashion and fully inspected my house after going in the attic and inspecting the exterior and doing a UV non-toxic smoke test which no other company does they were able to find the entry point. I highly recommend using this company. They are very thorough and very reliable. I will for sure. Recommend them for future use to family members and friends.
