We purchased a 2024 Ram 3500 from Van Nuys CDJR at the end of last year. Worked with Mena , Commercial Fleet Mgr. Lucked out, found him to be honest and professional. Gave us options, worked the numbers and got us where we wanted to be. Unfortunately he didn't have the truck we wanted, a week later he called and let us know he found what we asked for.. and then some. And...! Mena had it delivered. Hands down we would work with him again. Update: I hear he's with a different dealership.
PLEASE DO NOT LEASE OR BUY A CAR WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. So much miscommunication and misinformation when trying to resolve an issue with our lease. The sales and finance department are a complete "all talk no action" BS individuals. All these low star reviews are indeed true!! Save yourself time and money and do not come here!
Buyer be ware do not buy from this dealer. My brand new truck was damaged on the front end. Our salesman Erick apologized and said it would be repaired. The manager Selena said she would get this fixed for us and we have yet to get it repaired it has been almost 3 months. I wish I would have done my research and read reviews prior to spending 65k on a vehicle that has bumper damage at this dealer.
