Louie is the best!! He serviced 2 units in our building today and was very respectful, knowledgeable, punctual, made absolutely zero mess and performed his job professionally and expertly. Thank you Louie!!!

I write only 1 or 2 reviews a year if that. Louie is the best in the business. He's knowledgeable for sure; I asked him many questions and each was answered directly and with just the right amount of information. Even more than his knowledge base is his kind nature. He was also so completely respectful of my apartment and my time, I couldn't wait to write this review. The last service people that were in my rented apartment left much to be desired including (but not limited to) dings in the floor, missing hardware and grime. Louie handled the job and then cleaned up after himself. If everyone were like him, life would definitely be a better place. Thank you... read full review

After waiting for Corky's (which at the time we were customers of) for over a month to get them to come out and do a termite service on a specific location in one of our apartments (mind you we had an appointment) they said someone (who?) cancelled the appointment. I was livid and immediately fired Corky's for our regular pest control service and then researched a new Termite company. While discussing new service with Dunbar Pest Control, he referred me to Ruddock's and I am so happy he did.
