“I literally cannot say a single bad thing about those hotel. From the second we arrived we were welcomed graciously by the door man, reception and host. We where shown to our room (which we were lucky enough to get a complimentary upgrade- booked through Amex diamond club) . Our room was spacious, with a small corner balcony which was so wonderful, a large living area with a sofa bed for my 15year old son , our room was a nice size overlooking the balcony. The large pillow case had each of our initials on (which they let u take home with you as a souvenir- very cute touch). The rooms are decorated beautifully and the rooms are also very clean. We had a nice fruit bowl and red wine as free amenities, very nice! The pool area is very nice, very Beverly hills with the cabanas along the sides of the pool. Service is good around the pool, we hit the pool area at a quiet period, my hunch is it could get difficult to get a bed on a busy weekend as there are not many beds besides if u have a cabana. The breakfast was marvellous, we especially recommend the steak and eggs- stunning! We extended our stay an additional 3 nights and was honoured to keep our beautiful suite. The bar is full of character and the lovely girl serving was so so attentive. Great buzz atmosphere, lovely music and ambiance. We will absolutely be back! This hotel has customer care down to a T!!! Absolutely fantastic!!!!“

“I'm a little hesitant to even post about this place since I think it's the best kept secret around here! I've been like five times, and I'm always able to walk in and get prompt service. Especially as it's been so cold, they're awesome cause their massage tables have heating pads to keep you warm. They are really skilled in their ability to find my knots in my back and get them taken care of. They are respectful and I've felt very safe as a female. Can't recommend it enough! Be warned English is a bit tough but you can point to the sign to ask for what you need! I usually do the regular massage 90 mins for $90 and tip them well!“
