Pacific Energy is always prompt and professional. We have been using their services for years and they have never let us down. From the scheduling to the actual services and repairs, they always come through. Just today we had an issue the boiler, and they came out quickly, repaired and got us our hot water back right in time for the holiday. Robert, our technician is always so prompt and helpful. He explains things and makes sure we are clear on everything they are doing and what the cots entail. Pricing is always reasonable too!
