This is the second time Patrick of Overland Plumbing worked on plumbing problems at my home. He showed up on time, quoted the job at half the price of my other quotes, and completed the installation of a new water heater in a professional manner.

The drain pipe in the common garage of our HOA building was old (building was built in 1981), cracked and leaking. The HOA knew it had to to be replaced and proceeded to brief several plumbing companies on the scope of the project.
