Unlike many places that are understaffed, Old Master products makes it super convenient. They are efficient from the front desk with Jackie, Angie, Maggie, David and the rest to will call. As we all know time is precious and being efficient as they their team is, you are out of there in a breeze. With many flooring options, adhesives, molding etc, it's a one stop shop for a flooring contractor.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the team at Old Master Products while looking for and purchasing Garrison vinyl floors for my home. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and stress free. They also had a great selection of colors on hand that I was able to look at while there, with the products I was looking for in stock. When I went in to ask questions prior to buying my floor, Josh in the showroom listened to what I wanted and helped me find a few flooring options that would be a good fit. He also connected me with a dealer near my condo that he knew carried the flooring, where I was able to make our purchase. Josh also connected me with an installer, who purchases his supplies from Old Masters! We ended up with Naturestep in the Hazelnut color, which is beautiful and everyone thinks is real hardwood. Our condo looks amazing and I'm so happy with how everything turned out! Looking forward to going back !

I'm leaving this review specifically for William. We came into the store with a small piece of laminate floor from our home that was done few years ago. And we needed few planks to replace. We had no color name or type name. He took his time to look up when it was purchased, brought in samples for the perfect match. Went above and beyond to find what we came looking for. While we waited he provided us more information about the products they sell and new custom ideas they had at the show room. He was so helpful and so kind and most importantly smiled the entire time and was happy to help. Every store needs a sales professionals like William to make the experience smooth and pleasent.
