They don't answer the call and I had to go in person (a waste of time) to be told that they no longer have appointments to go to the one in San Fernando. I asked where it is and they told me “in San Fernando” as if that were an address ( I don't know if they search the reception to give a good solution or at least give good complete information)
I was already thinking about changing clinics because the one who saw my child the last time felt very bothersome to him, I wanted to give it a chance but I think it is better to change clinics... read full review

Where do I start, I usually go to the sun valley location which is amazing, but i had an outbreak rash and decided to go here which was a big mistake. I called for a appt on Friday which i couldn't get one till Saturday over the phone for 10:40 am and then they decided to reschedule me without confirming for 2:20 pm same day. And when I finally talk to the receptionist she wants to send pictures of my rash to a phone number because she can't see them through an email so I suggest using the patient portal to which it worked seemed like they were lacking in training really bad. I've been with them for 8 years but I'm going to change because they don't give importance to my daughter, everything is normal for the pediatrician. My daughter has ADHD and Dr. Posner gave her a document that makes her vomit and I called and the doctor is always out of the clinic and until now they have not returned my call. Very very sad
