I have spent the last 5 years in Los Angeles and have lived in 2 MRC properties. As I move back to the east coast I would be remiss to not mention the amazing experience this was. From the owner to the on site management, I don’t think it can get much better. Thank you guys for making my tenure in Los Angeles feel like home!

I've lived at 18400 Collins for 2 years now and it is my favorite place I've ever lived. I have only encountered one maintenance issue, which was resolved in a timely manner. Sue the building manager is great. She is very sweet and kind and always willing to help when asked. Definitely recommend.

We used to live in 18400 Collins over six years bunch of nice neighbors and helpful Manager building (Sou and her son) I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for an apartment that's a place to live.
