“After multiple failure issues with a Yale Assure 2 lock, installed by a general contractor then serviced by an inexperienced locksmith, I decided to call someone who knew what he was doing. Jeff answered my call on a Friday night and was at my house by early Sat afternoon. He installed a new electronic lock I'd purchased (same brand as the previous), duplicated keys for the lock on-site and worked with me to make sure the lock (via the app) was set up and functional.
