All the employees and the owner are professionals that know what they are doing. Their work is impeccable, their attitude and demeanor are respectful and friendly, plus they all make customers feel welcome. The quality of the work done is worth the money. I have never been disappointed nor have I ever received back items that are not professionally done. Their work is great, and the owner is fantastic.

I had a zipper break on my favorite jacket and the team here searched far and wide to find a zipper during this shipping / stock fiasco all industries are facing. They kept me in the loop, took my feedback, and finish the repair by the date I requested.

I am a first time customer, and they did not disappoint. The alternations were well done (just simple hems and patching a sweater). The dry cleaning was excellent. They are not bargain pricing however. But if you want a job well done they are a great choice.
