I have been a caregiver for over 25 years! I have seen a lot in my position. My brother was admitted to Four Seasons Care a couple of months ago. Things were good at first, but over time, things got worse. He has been left in his feces for long periods of time and has not been given showers regularly. I called today to address some of my brothers concerns and was left holding for 15 minutes and hung up on. I was never able to speak to a nurse or social worker. If you're thinking about this facility for your family member, think again. My brothers experience as well as mine has been bad. I would not recommend Four Seasons Healthcare and Wellness Center.

Today I went because I wanted a flower arrangement, but the lady who serves said that she is not in charge of that. I asked him if I could call the person in charge and he said no because he didn't know if they were going to want to do it. I asked them a second time and he made a lot of excuses at the end because he just didn't want to sell, that's what business is supposed to be about, right? I understand why she said that ?. The lady seemed bored, not wanting to be there.
