After one of our friends had their home seismic retrofitted we decided to look into it. Or home was built in the 60’s. Golden Retrofit and Foundation Repair came highly recommended. It was for good reason. Our service tech that came out was Ross. If you can, ask for him. It was one of the more pleasant experiences we’ve had with a construction company. We never Felt pressured and it never felt “salesy” He simply gave us the pros and cons and told us to give him a call if you wanted to proceed. We went with Golden. The work itself took two days to complete. The crew was well run and professional. Great experience from beginning to end.

Came across Golden Retrofit on yelp and saw how great the business was doing, so i decided to give them a call. Immediately Joey answered and was so helpful and educated on his business. I was really worried about some cracks in my wall, which is why i called in the first place, but joey calmed me down and explained everything step by step and reassured me that the job will get done immediately and that there is nothing to worry about. He suggested I do an earthquake Retrofit and that I would need to do it sometime in the future so my home can remain safe and secure. Since researching it all, Joey has helped tremendously with all of my questions and concerns and works in a timely manner. I am really happy with the results and within days my stress and worry went away because i used Golden Retrofit!
