Needed to replace our broken HVAC thermostat and George did a great job with replacing it with a new Honeywell thermostat and even explained to me how to use it. Quick and easy job, easy to schedule.
Like the saying goes, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure which motivated me to opt for the year-round maintenance subscription plan for the HVAC system they installed a couple years ago. George came over, was polite and very professional, thoroughly checked out the system, and gave it a thumbs up. If this summer is as brutal as last summer then the peace of mind knowing the A/C will withstand the heat is worth the price.
Our aging heater went out over the holidays, and we asked two firms to give us a repair estimate. Global Green Solutions was a much more affordable option as they were able to repair, not replace, our unit which the other firm recommended. They also have rave reviews on Yelp. The Global Green Solutions technician, George, was an excellent communicator about when he would arrive, what specific switches and sensors needed to be replaced, and when he could complete the job. He followed up with an emailed proposal describing the work and its price to ensure everything was clear. We are happy to have our home cozy and warm again without a major expense.
