Sam is brilliant with dogs and adept at working around problems. Lexie hates anyone working on her teeth or nails and is unable to stand, which makes everything difficult. Sam has found ways around all of that. I could not recommend her more highly. Pure gold.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have come here for three years since I moved to Lake Balboa. The grooming service is consistent, and my dog always leaves well cut and clean. The customer service is good, and I appreciate the timely updates.

This was my first time coming to this groomer and I had a great experience!!! The groomers were so nice and were very kind and gentle with my cat Croissant. Will definitely come back:)
