In early August 2025 our AC condenser failed. I called the original installer (Not BANNER) who located a field rat in the condenser that chewed many wires and got electrocuted (see the attached image). The original installer (Not BANNER) indicated we had $6,000 of damage (see the attached image). I called BANNER, spoke with Abbey (owner) who came out the same day with a team of three technicians and BANNER was able to change all the wiring harnesses in 1.5 hours for $650. The damages went from $6,000 via the original installer, to $650 with BANNER. Banner are fantastic. In the middle of the 100 degree August heat wave they fixed our issue the same day, and for a very reasonable, very fair price for parts & labor. Thank you Abbey and Team.
I’ve had Banner take care of two air conditioning issues at my house and received absolutely flawless service for both events.
I have separate upstairs and downstairs systems with both condensers inconveniently installed on a roof that is 2 feet higher than most 2 story homes. Going up there was no problem for Abbey’s Banner crew, but the idea of going up caused the heavily advertised big guy in our neighborhood to walk away from the job 3 years ago. A neighbor recommended Banner at that time. They handled the thankfully minor task quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable price.

Abbey is one of the most trust-worthy vendors - in this case for HVAC - that I have worked with. I was completely overwhelmed and felt under water and needed an entirely new HVAC system in an older house that was not built for an HVAC system.
