Our technician was on time and quickly began working on solving the problem. They were deep, clean, polite, and made of the repair within 30 minutes. Follow up to ensure the entire system when you’re working was very thorough. Was extremely pleased with the entire experience.

The AZ rep. (John) was on time, very efficient and professional. Explained clearly the options available to us. We had peace of mind that staying with AZ instead of trying another company was the wise thing to do. Hard to find companies maintaining a sincere effort to keep their customer service a high priority, John represented AZ well. We were really pleased with the service. Communication was great. He showed up on time and was very thorough with the maintenance checks. Luis was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He gave me several tips on how to care for the system to prevent problems. He wasn’t rushed and didn’t leave until all of my questions were answered. And, the price was great! When you own a home, this is the type of experience you hope for. Thank you Home Depot and AZ AC & Heating.
