Alex came out yesterday to look at our toilet that was not flushing properly. After doing an evaluation and running a camera through the main line he recommended that we replace the toilet. He said once I got a new one, he would send his techs out to install it and snake the main line from the house to the street. I got a new toilet that afternoon and his techs came out to install it. His tech were courteous, professional and clean and the new Kholer is working beeautifully. Since Alex saw roots in portions of our line, he offerrd to come back next week and Hydro-jet it.. Very impressed with Alex and his techs and would definitely call them for my next plumbing issue.
They installed a garbage disposal and removed the old one in my kitchen, everything went smoothly, it took the plumber about 45 min from start to finish. The charge was reasonable and I am very happy with the service.
I can’t say enough about Alex and his team of professionals. We have had many plumbing problems as of late and he is always responsive and does his best to fit me into their busy schedule.
