Yesterday I had Milgard windows installed in my condo kitchen and bedroom, and received excellent service from Jeff, Alex, and Luis. The process from the estimate with Eliot to ordering and installation was a easy and pleasant experience. The progress follow up was timely, and any associate I encountered were friendly, informative, and most important honest. The installation crew were careful to cover my furnishings and cleaned up after. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend American Reliable Windows to neighbors and friends.
American Reliable did an amazing job replacing 16 windows of various sizes in my condo unit. I live on the 3rd floor and they were creative in installing and finishing to ensure as little impact to our building as possible. The crew checked in several times throughout the process and left each day (2 day job), cleaning up and making everything perfect. I have already provided the name to other units in my building because of how great their service was.
Alex and Harold did a great job installing the new vinyl windows in my condo. They were polite, courteous and went the "extra mile". Kudos to ARE&D for delivering a good product, good service and good price on the install! Triple crown winner!
