Didn't use their service but this vehicle almost took me and my son on our way home. The driver was distracted and quickly drove off when we made eye contact. Spoke to the office and spoke to a female operator who didn't seem to care about the situation.

The locksmith came out at our scheduled appointment time when I had a narrow window of time from work. He serviced my entry doorknobs after one dismantled in pieces when I left for work in the morning. He did not only repair my doorknobs , but serviced other locks and restored my sense of security in my home. Great job. Outstanding value. Thanks!

All they do is hang up on you and have no regard for customer service. They refuse to listen when asking a question and just hang up. They tried to tell me my order was completed when they continuously claimed that they cannot hear anything and don't know what building this is for but proceeds to tell me my order will be ready in an hour. Where is the logic in that? If you're going to provide service and ask a question, then actually listen. Go somewhere else for your key service needs. This place is a joke. If I can give 0 stars I would.
