A Plus Design and Remodeling

Long overdue review, but Adam and Moshe were excellent! They came into our project when another contractor had left us completely in the middle of our total home renovation. Adam and team were sensitive to our situation as we had lost a lot of money and time with the previous contractor. They picked up where they left off and quickly turned our home around and made it our oasis. They gave their design recommendations as well and were very upfront with everything + pricing. Thank you Adam, Moshe, and team!

Adam and his team are amazing. They did the whole interior for my house, about 3300 sq ft. Brand new floors, redesign, remodeled kitchen, and 4 bathrooms. After living in it for about a year, no issues to report! To me, Adam's strength is helping people with the design. I had many contractors bid, but they all relied on my design and layout. As I have never designed a house, it was not my strong suit. Adam was extremely helpful with ideas, restructuring, color schemes, and general advice. He even went to stores with me to pick out finished materials and even negotiate prices! I saved thousands as Adam has contacts all over and able to get even better prices that just "contractor" discounts.Was everything perfect and was there never any tension between us? No, but if you think that is possible with this scale then you may be delusional. When your house is old, issues will arise, but Adam will have a great idea of how to resolve it. If there was an issue that was due to his crew, he took ownership of it and fixed it at his expense. How many others would do this? Compared to many others that went with different contractors, I was smooth sailing.Adam took care of the permits, personally walked the inspector through to avoid any issues, and had regular contact with vendors and subcontractors. Small things like this that I have seen cause major delays in other people's remodels were not even an issue.Would definitely recommend and would use for future projects.

Highly professional design, fantastic quality materials used for the entire project from beginning to end. Always consulted with us when making decisions for project time schedule. Kept us updated on delays and progress.
