Roee was great to work with during the whole process. I called Roee to come out and estimate removing some walls that had mold in them and he provided me a very competitive price that I could not turn away from. On top of that, he was professional, communicative, prompt, honest, etc and made the process really easy. When I hired him and his colleague, Donny, to come on site and complete the work, they found more mold in other walls that were not originally in the scope. Those walls were removed without extra charge on top of the already competitive estimate that he gave me. Highly recommend 911 Restoration for mold remediation! The company was extremely timely in my quote request and met me onsite by late morning. They spent quality time reviewing the affected areas and made sure that all my questions were answered. They sent me a quote within a few hours and never pestered me while I decided on which company. Once I decided on them (based on price and availability), they were able to start my project by the next Monday. Impressive as I decided on a Thursday so just 1 business day. Crew was professional, efficient and tidy. Project scope was as expected and no surprises. Will definitely be going back for any future mold remediation projects!
Mold is not my friend. I called 911 Restoration and was immediately routed to Roee. This was a Friday early evening mind you. The next day Roee and Doni arrived assessed the damage and offered to return the Sunday to remediate. They were mindful of my home, professional, incredibly detailed and over all pretty amazing. I would recommend this company! Let’s hope you are lucky enough to get Roee and Doni. Great team.
