Mold is not my friend. I called 911 Restoration and was immediately routed to Roee. This was a Friday early evening mind you. The next day Roee and Doni arrived assessed the damage and offered to return the Sunday to remediate. They were mindful of my home, professional, incredibly detailed and over all pretty amazing. I would recommend this company! Let’s hope you are lucky enough to get Roee and Doni. Great team.
Rohee and Don did a terrific job remediating the damage from a water leak. They were responsive , professional, and delivered exactly what was promised. I’d use them again…though of course I hope I’ll never have to.
Hi! 911 was responsive, arrived on time, and had great communication. They explained in detail what had to happen to help resolve our water issue, checked in with me regularly while their machines were working and assisted me with setting up preventive measures to help with water problems in the future. I hope we won’t need to call the 911 team any time soon, but they will be the first place I do… excellent experience, for an unfortunate situation. Pricing was upfront and fair. 5 stars from us!
