I came in for Botox and Lily was a dream. First off the esthetic of the place is so welcoming and clean. Don’t be confused as i know it’s located in a strip mall but this place would fit in Beverly Hills or Malibu without a change . I’m new to all the Botoxy fillery get prettier stuff and Lily was beyond patient and answered any of my questions. Service was quick and almost painless lol it is a needle. Excited that I found my new go to place for all my beauty needs.

I came here on a whim to get my face threaded and let me tell you, I've gotten my face threaded throughout my whole life and this was the best I've ever had. I believe it was Rose, she was very gentle and had a light touch but was incredibly thorough. I highly recommend this place for your threading needs.

First time getting any work done on my parents' house, when they initially came out I was very skeptical on whether to hire them or not because of the pricing but I decided to give it a shot. They remodeled an old bathroom for us to bring it up to date as well as change the whole floor plan because my grandfather needed an accessible shower due to his wheel chair. Throughout the whole process my project manager was very hands on and involved in the project. Also they gave me a time frame of the project to be completed in 5 weeks due to the bathroom being very large of size, but they actually finished in 4 weeks which was very convenient on our end. They really delivered quality work in a timely manner. Although at first I wasn't really interested in hiring them I'm very happy I did because they really delivered great customer service as well as quality work.

I like Phoenix salon. They have so many different barbers. Hairdressers massage, nail shops. Just an array of different personal care businesses. My eyelash and hair Duo are located in this particular location.The parking lot is quite small. I don't really ever have a problem finding parking except for one time, and even then I. was able to secure a street spot. People are always going and coming.One Day I actually took a quick self Guided tour of the IMT apartments. If I was single I would definitely have caught me in one bedroom. Because I loved the layout and the apartment vibe. Unfortunately, i'm not single, so I'll continue to live in my home.

This is the second time I've ever gone to a salon because my mom usually cuts my hair (she studied how to cut hair when she was younger), but she was out of town when I was looking to get it cut. Found this place and I'm so happy I did! I did a walk-in and while I waited for my stylist (Charo), Angie washed my hair. They were so kind and professional! The salon was also very nice and relaxing. I will definitely be coming back!

I was very happy with my haircut; I don't make much fuss about my hair anyway, but the hairdresser was extremely kind and made sure to check in with me throughout that the length was what I wanted, understanding that people with really long hair can be protective of its length I appreciated that gesture and level of thoughtfulness! Also, I was never once shamed about paying the Groupon price, which is a very welcome change of pace compared to other places. All in all, my hairdresser was very nice and I left satisfied with my hairstyle for a great price, so I appreciate it! :)

Eddie was great - relaxed, professional and really good at what he does. He cut my 6 year old for his first 'big kid' haircut, which included a close buzz for his first time. The barber was professional and talkative which my boyfriend liked he said he'll definitely be going back to see him. So I had came in with the intention of just cutting my hair and that was it. Thanks to Dianne and her 20+ years of experience I walked out feeling and looking my best EVER! First let’s talk decor! Her salon is so aesthetically pleasing to look at, from the chandeliers to the gold accents on mirrors it all goes hand in hand with the stylists employed at Diva Touch! The receptionist was super sweet and so professional he even offered to dry off my umbrella (by the way it was raining, HARD). I waited very shortly and Dianne had immediately knew exactly the look we were going to do. I put all my marbles in one basket and she did not disappoint. As she finished with a 2nd client (while my color was setting in), the detail in her maneuvering her hand for the hair cut and the blow out I instantly knew I was in amazing hands. Up came my turn for the wash and her assistant came applauding her for what a great job she has done. The rest is history!She finalized the cut and blew out my hair and it came out gorgeous! From having split ends to having hair feel baby smooth all while still being colored. my favorite tattoo on my body are these roses by Derek, done in 2019. It was my first time (and only time unfortunately) at the shop, and I can still recall that Derek was incredibly kind, consistent, and made me feel so comfortable. Honestly, Derek helped me gain high standards when it comes to picking out an artist!! He's incredibly talented and was a pleasure to work with. I was coming in with a traditional/neotraditional half sleeve done by other artists, hoped for roses to fill in the gap on my forearm-- and that's what I got! Life with my roses has been a beautiful one. the shop is excellent, very clean. The kindest staff. As a feminine presenting person, it can feel really intimidating walking into somewhere like a tattoo shop full of guys! But I felt so welcome, truly like one of the boys. If you're looking for a solid traditional artist and shop-- look no further! I had emailed a few months ago about perusing a future date to book Derek for a bigger piece but lost contact. I think a shop hand may be checking emails, booking, and running ideas by the artists--so stuff can get lost in the sauce. Derek has posted transparently on Instagram though about emailing again if we haven't heard back-- so, I'll reach out again soon!

I have long preferred distilled water for my home drinking water needs. The first distiller I bought was a constant source of frustration as it was always breaking, so when it came time to replace it, I decided to research a little more and buy a unit that was industrial grade. This led me to APS Water. Dino, the sales rep, recommended the Durastill brand, and for five years it functioned without incident. Recently, the solenoid burned out and fried the electronics. I took the unit in, and Mitch, the owner - and a very cool dude - personally repaired the unit. When he discovered the electronics were beyond repair, he provided me with a replacement unit at no charge. No, the unit wasn't under warranty anymore, this is just the type of guy he is. When do you ever encounter a business owner like this? The quality service and total professionalism has made me a customer for life.

Honest and up front if there are any unforseen complications. I'm more than pleased by their expert repair of a couple of malfunctioning toilets and installing right angle shut off valves for several sinks. The Ervin team takes pride in doing the best and go above & beyond. When my old kitchen faucet would not fit the new shut off valve, they immediately drove to the nearest hardware store to find a replacement faucet - -texting me photos of the best choices. Who would expect a personal plumbing shopper?! I was floored. This team deserves 11 stars.

I had an emergency leak in an outdoor hose faucet that had rusted and corroded to the point of bursting. I went onto Yelp and contacted several plumbers for quotes - the first person to respond with immediate availability was Andy. After comparing a couple of estimates from different companies, he ended up being the most reasonably priced as well!
Andy and Chris showed up the next day and did an incredible job repairing the leak and upgrading our rusty galvanized pipe to quality copper piping. Additionally they were super friendly and knowledgeable.

I was in need of a mini bathroom remodel (in my opinion) . Pricing was very reasonable. It entailed a clogged bathroom sink, change in fixtures and caulking of the bathtub. He very systematically checked the system over ( its a pretty complicated system) and found the dead spot. He educated us a bit in its workings and charged us a very reasonable price. I was very happy. Jamie's a good natured person, fun to talk with and Leslie is as nice as can be. I highly recommend this company

This business has been here since at least the 1970's when I was living in the SFV. Anyway, I recently stopped in to see if they could repair or replace my older Panasonic electric shaver. He told me that they would have to break the waterproof seal, and that they may not be able to get the parts. He suggested a new (made in Germany) Braun shaver S8 Model along with some Parks shaving powder. Best shaver I have ever had and the powder is an amazing product. Will continue to use. Thanks for many years of great shavers.

After multiple failure issues with a Yale Assure 2 lock, installed by a general contractor then serviced by an inexperienced locksmith, I decided to call someone who knew what he was doing. Jeff answered my call on a Friday night and was at my house by early Sat afternoon. He installed a new electronic lock I'd purchased (same brand as the previous), duplicated keys for the lock on-site and worked with me to make sure the lock (via the app) was set up and functional. Jeff has years of experience dealing with locks and customers and took the time to understand what I was looking for and how to deliver. I'll definitely be calling him to upgrade the other locks in my home. Can't recommend him enough!
I’m really happy with the work that was done. From beginning to end professional and friendly service was delivered. They left everything clean after putting new locks, indoor and outdoor. To me that’s usually the biggest pain after a contractor leaves. Our security (camera) system is incredible, all our locks are working properly, we even got a super cool lock to use with our phone. Our sofa is about 5 years old and had never been cleaned. After a great grandchild spoiled a box of juice, discoloration from body oils, etc., there were stains in various parts of the sofa. Richard, the technician, recommended using specific treatments to remove as many stains as possible. After watching him work extensively on the spots, the stains were removed and our sofa looks as good as new. We would recommend LA Carpet Cleaning hands down. Do you ever just have one of those days? Well, recently, I adopted a tiny teacup chihuahua named Huarache. Beautiful traditional Mexican name--problem is, I can barely pronounce it. So naturally, I changed it to Flautas. (Because priorities, right?) ANYWAYS, LOL, this sweet girl is not housebroken, and long story short, she turned my gorgeous white wool Moroccan rug into what can only be described as a yellow polka-dotted crime scene. Aside from the visual carnage, it started to smell like a West Hollywood alley at 3 a.m. I did everything I could to save the rug, but apparently, lil' Flautas is dehydrated because her neon yellow stains laughed in the face of my Bissell. I was furious! To make matters worse, in an unrelated but equally tragic event, my partner and I got into it, and somehow, I ended up with a bloody nose--which I promptly bled all over the rug. Just when I thought things couldn't get worse, my friend Chrissy showed up, fresh off her own adventure, tracking in mud from her Crocs. The rug was officially done. With nowhere left to turn, I called Rug Ideas. They were like, "Bring it on down! We can handle pee, blood, and Crocs mud." So I did. Fast forward a month, and I just picked it up. It looks BRAND NEW! Like it was freshly woven by that sweet lady in Morocco back in 2012. Goodbye, bloodstains! Peace out, pee-pee! Great customer service! Reasonable Price! THANK YOU!

I was fortunate to have Gabriel S. inspect below our 100 yr. old home, the entire perimeter and the attic for menacing pests. His discoveries below the house included infested and cracked beams which were replaced by Carlos and crew. Three sets of double doors were shot and carpenters William and Jesus dropped in 3 new sets of doors and repaired the jambs and the wood trim with replacement of new wood. The pesticide crew Anthony and Gus spent two days locating all the sources of termites and other pests and chemically treated the attic, subterranean area and drilled and injected chemicals in suspected areas. Of course, the home office is efficiently run by GM Cassie and scheduler Alain and the pricing was fair. Folks, this is the best pesticide company I have dealt with in our home for the past 28 years we're here. Before you hire another company, please consider McKernan Inspections. Our plumber recommended this company to us and Michael has been to our house twice to fix different issues with the sprinklers. Our sprinkler system sounded like a railroad train and turns out a valve needed replacement. He was able to come within a couple of days of our call and had the part with him, so he was in and out pretty quickly. His price was reasonable, most of it was for the part. Very profesional and friendly ambience. I was nervous going in and didn’t know what to expect as this was my first time going to the chiropractor. The MA was very inviting and had lots of patience. I ask a lot of questions and she was accommodating and welcomed every question and answered delightfully. Dr. Jain is very helpful and assisted me on my way to recovery. The adjustments were on point and relaxed me every time. 1000/10 I recommend going here.
The staff are extremely helpful and courteous. I had issues with my back, herniated disc on my L4 along with a compressed disc on my L5. The spinal decompression combined with acupuncture, helped immensely with my lower back pain. Spinatomy uses the state of the art equipments to help with your healing, along with knowledgeable Doctors. I would definitely recommend this establishment over back surgery!
I first visited Dr. K in 2020 and have been a loyal patient ever since. Dr. K’s work on my neck and lower back, through a comprehensive treatment plan he clearly laid out with me in advance, has transformed my day to day life. I had been dealing with nearly-constant neck and shoulder pain due to an injury for well over a year, as well as more minor low-grade lower back pain due to the physicality of my work. Now I rarely ever have any issues with those areas, and if they do start sneaking back after some particularly heavy weeks of work, a trip to Dr. K for an adjustment fixes me right up.
I should also add that in addition to the quality of the treatment itself, the friendliness, care, and concern of both Dr. K and his staff makes every trip to the chiropractor a truly enjoyable experience.

Today I visited Dr. Chong after not being here for years, why? Because this woman's services work! When I found her in the past, I had been hopping between chiropractors trying to find one that would actually help me with the pain on my lower back which was the result of a car accident and many chiropractors felt more like they were just doing minor adjustments and my pain had gotten chronic. Well, not Dr. Chong! She personally took her time through the initial consultation, asked all the right questions and in one session I got more than I did at any other chiropractors, ever! She takes her time, places you in different rooms, places you upside down to stretch your back, places hot compresses on your on it, adjusts your back, neck and hips and even stretches your muscles. We brought our pups to the Low Cost Pet Vaccines in Culver City for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth their process is. They give you paperwork almost immediately and then shortly after someone will come and collect virtual payment. Although the line was long, it didn’t feel like it was slow. Dr. Isaac was really pleasant and so was most of the staff. I gave it 4 stars as opposed to 5, because they almost gave us a vaccine one of our pups didn’t need (which wasn’t the issue at all), but we identified this after we paid so we asked for the refund of $25. We heard one of the staff (an older woman with blonde hair) say “they want their $25 back?!?”. For a business that’s titled “Low Cost Pet Vaccines”, it’s insane to belittle people and have an attitude because they want a refund for something they don’t need to get. This was towards the end of our visit and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Other than that, everything else was great!

This is my second time visiting Wash My Dog Van Nuys with my service dog, Zeppelin, and I couldn't be happier! He's always super soft for days afterward. I recently had surgery and was desperately looking for someone who was experienced with post-op lymphatic drainage massages. When I came back to Los Angeles I've tried a few different places and my experience was terrible. Then I met Yolanda, and wow, what a difference. Not only did I finally see results, without the severe pain, but she was so knowledgeable about the entire healing process. I had a little fibrosis and liquid, she was able to get rid of everything. I highly recommend her, she's the best hands down!

I am sorry for people who had bad experience. I have been coming to this place for so many years since I discovered it. Employees come and go, sad when you find your favorite but shouldn't stop there. Everywhere now is expensive but this is called self care. They will not do it hard massage if you never asked. This place is quiet and very clean. You'll really go out and have just enough energy to get home safely and knock out. In my experience, I'd always asked for SUE or JOY, amazing ladies with so much unique techniques. Please do say how you want it directly and they will do it. Never gone wrong with them. They will target the areas you specifically asked for, even grant an alternative special request to get more time on different areas you'd prefer. For the tipping process, this job is not easy and very tiring for them too. We wouldn't be able to get massages if none ever worked as one. Just a simple gesture and don't get stressed as you're giving a little appreciation whether you come back or not. Ask for SUE or JOY give it a try!
