I've been coming to this location for years. Often out of necessity as a result of intense pain and at other times, to maintain flexibility and a daily ritual of a pain free life. The team has and continues to be professional, patient, caring and understanding. A big note of thanks and appreciation to the team.
A long overdue review. I suffered a herniated disc while playing sports and went to Back to Wellness. Through a combination of Acupuncture (Gerald) and Physical Therapy (Arby & Milana) for about 8 weeks, this helped tremendously to recover and re-strengthen. I'm back to my normal daily activities.
Shout out to Gerald, Arby, and Milana! All three were fantastic and provided me continued guidance, positivity, and hope through my rehabilitation.
