George Saado stole $20,941.00 from me when he quit on my house remodel. I have known George going back to 1985 and since he is a licensed contractor, I decided to have him remodel my house. George was going to remodel my entire house, electrical wiring included. He started changing the scope of the job as he went along to suit himself without consulting me. He never showed up on time. One day I went to his house at 11AM and he was just waking up. He only installed 4 out of 9 windows and they leak. He was to patch 3 holes in the roof and take pictures of the ground support, three months later still nothing. He said it would take 60 days and 90 plus days later he quits without completing any of the work promised. I had an electrician come in and he said the work done by George reflects NO knowledge of electrical wiring. He never stopped trying to get more money out of me. If you value your time and money, avoid George at all costs, he is an unscrupulous guy who will rob you blind. I hired George to paint my newly purchased 1200 sq. ft. townhouse. The job was done professionally and completed on time. George also created a fantastic fireplace surround for me based on some photos I showed him. All of this was done for a highly reasonable price. Based on the quality of his work, I had him come back and hang a ceiling fan and mount a vanity to my powder room wall. Highly recommended.
