What a great office! I was so pleased with the service I received from Sierra Eyecare Associates. From my initial call to schedule my first appointment to my new patient exam...everything was great. The girl that took my call was super sweet and worked with my schedule to get me in within a couple of weeks. My interaction with the front desk staff was equally as pleasant..they had me fill out my paperwork and I was taken back a short time after. The tech that did my first few tests was really nice. She took care of the first few things and took me to the room to wait for the doctor. I saw Dr.VanBuskirk...he was awesome! He was professional, answered all my questions, took his time, didn't seemed rushed at all. I really liked that, a lot of times you go to a dr appointment and feel like they are on a time restraint, I didn't get that impression at all with Dr.Van Buskirk. He explained everything he was doing and what everything meant. I was impressed. After my exam, I met with another tech who helped me choose frames for my glasses. She went over other options available to me but I never once felt pressured. I chose my favorite and she put the order in for me. They called me today ( a week and a half later) to pick up my glasses and my experience was just as easy and pleasant. I was in and out in 5 minutes. I love my glasses and I love my new eyecare office! I highly recommend....five stars!
My wife and I made an appointment for replacement glasses. We already had current prescriptions, so we just needed to pick out frames and lenses. Shirley was very helpful and patient while we made our choices. She made our experience very pleasurable and we look forward to going back. She even made some adjustments to my old frames to get me by until my new glasses come in, which goes above and beyond in my eyes...
