One thing I really appreciated was that every time he came into the house or walked on our carpet, he put on boot covers so he wouldn't track dirt or insulation around the house. Jason diagnosed the issue very quickly and had different options for me. I also liked that Jason is a local guy who grew up in Jackson, and we were even able to pick out some mutual friends.
