“I don't usually write reviews at all, but I wanted to take the time to give a shout out to Innovative Construction & Roofing for a job well done. Thanks goes out to Kevin and his crew! I've had a leak on my patio roof for a while so I needed to replace it, but I also considered replacing my whole roof as well. Kevin gave me his honest opinion that I didn't need to replace my whole roof at this time. I appreciated his honesty and the fact that didn't try to 'up-sale' me and try to sell me on something that I didn't need. So, I decided to just replace the patio roof. His crew was fast and efficient and they did a quality job - replacing the flat patio roof as well as replacing some boards that had dry-rot damage. In addition, Innovative Construction & Roofing went above and beyond and fixed a couple other areas of the roof that needed attention (e.g., sealing and painting the vent stacks and adding some additional flashing). I am very pleased with their work, and am now ready for the rainy season. Yay! When the time comes to replace the rest of the roof, I'll be giving them a call. He and his team did an excellent job painting the entire interior of the house along with installing new flooring in the primary bedroom, refinishing my kitchen cabinets and restaining a gate at the front of the house. We have had missing parts to our gutters for some time and it was finally time to fix them. We called rain gutters specialists and right away they sent over someone (sorry I forgot names) and he was such a knowledgeable man. He knew exactly where and what the issue was. He measured out what was needed took pictures and helped pick the best color to match. It was so fast and easy I was actually surprised how quick the appointment was. The best part is he gave me tips and information for maintenance of my gutters and that was beyond nice of him. He said to be on a look out for email with my quote and by the next day he sent one. They are really reasonably priced and quick about installation. Installation was super fast too. And again the two men were very knowledgeable. When people know what they are doing it gives a peace of mind and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.“

“We had a few estimates done for our roof and never felt comfortable with any of them. Ben was the the fourth company to come out to our house and gave me a fair and safe accessment of our problem. Very honest and very fair. He drew diagrams and showed me what they were going to do. When they opened up the roof and I had more damage than we thought, they were very very fair as I can see where they could have really dinged me if they weren't honest. “I was highly skeptical of hiring any company for our remodel. I did speak with a few other companies before going with PHR but I have to say PHR was 100% the right choice. Jeff T our contractor was above and beyond my expectations. Great communication, work was completed before the expected completion date and work was great. Jeff was in constant communication during the whole project and he was the reason we chose PHR. We had 3 bathrooms completely remodeled, AC unit installed in master bedroom, paint, carpet, bathroom vents added in master bath, added electrical outlets in master bath, and with all of this the guys laid covering on the floors everyday to not get anything on the floors and carpet. Surprisingly, this was a good experience for a remodel while still staying in our home. 100% recommendation for Jeff and PHR.“
