“We came on a early afternoon Saturday. (who can go during the week when you work Monday-Friday) So we were glad they were open. We came in and were looking. A gentleman (Later I learned his name was Faruk) asked if we wanted help. We decided, said we were just looking. We are remodeling our master bathroom/shower. So looking for floors, shower tile, etc... After about 30 mins, we realized we do need some assistance one we dialed in a few patterns of our desired tile floors and shower tile. We asked the gentleman for assistance, and he kindly gave input - as well as notice of one that was very expensive and probably not worth the cost for our particular color scheme. Helped to confirm the look we were desiring, as well as the color the grout, and everything else! So based on the size of our bathroom gave a ballpark cost of the raw materials. Wrote everything on a slip, and confirmed all materials can be delivered within a few days. No need to order in advance. On all accounts, had a very positive experience. Would return and recommend to others!“

He came out and assessed our floors, immediately saw the need for subfloor repair and replacement, and discussed our goals and budget. His bid was detailed, fair, and competitive. He bid both engineered hardwood and Somerset oak pre-finished hardwood, and we were extremely pleased to find that the Somerset hardwood fit our budget. His suggestion of Forbo and Karndean Luxury vinyl turned out to be great choices for the laundry room and baths.

Ray made a clear plan that went smoothly. All work was done in a timely manner. They came on schedule, worked long days, and were a pleasure to have working here. They were kind and respectful of our home and made the upheaval that goes with this kind of work much less stressful. They crew handled the demolition and removal of large sections of subfloor with great care and precision, and carefully hauled it out with no damage to walls or stairway. They and Ray consulted with us every step of the way, ensuring we understood the condition of the subfloor and our options for repair or replacement. The installation of the new flooring was done with great attention to detail and care. And the final touch~the installation of new carpeting on the stairway~was done beautifully as well.

“Ron and his family run team at Shine 2 Perfection positively transformed our garage's cold and unsightly concrete into a pleasant and visually stunning floor. My daughter and her friends can now be hosted in a learning pod on a clean, smooth and vibrant surface. We went with KRETUS Top Shelf® Epoxy, and selected "Twilight" color chips. We ultimately paid a little more for another top coat to provide a smoother surface for smaller feet not to get scratched on an abrasive texture, which added +1 day for the application. The thicker epoxy surface over color chips is glossy smooth, and unless saturated by liquid, isn't slippery. Overall the fine craftsmanship, service and quality results delivered by Shine 2 Perfection were well worth the investment in our home garage floor.“
