I called this company about work that they had done on our house FIVE YEARS AGO! The owner took the time with me to look up his records so that they could send them to us. We are selling the house now and wanted to be able to show what work had been done on the septic system. I am so impressed with them. They had already done excellent work, but this was far beyond our expectations.

I recently (November 27, 2021) contracted American Construction & Septic to install a new leach field for my septic tank. I contacted Marc and in less than 2 weeks they started trenching. The materials they used, infiltrator chambered leach lines, were way better than what I've seen before, and in less than 4 days they were already backfilling. The whole process was seamless and very professional. I highly recommend them.

To me, a sign of a good businessman is someone who's courteous and helpful, not just someone after the $$$. I called on a Saturday requesting information regarding septic tank pumping. The gentleman who answered (I think it was Marcus) was very helpful and referred me to another person who could assist. He then said that if I had any other questions to feel free to call again. That's GREAT Customer Service - which is rare nowadays. Thank you!
