I have been without heat and AC for a while and was very apprehensive about what was wrong and what it was going to take to get things going again. Had I known about Air Crafts I never would have waited. Jim the tech walked me through the diagnostics and went over the options carefully. I cannot thank him enough, he is a true asset to the company! I now have heat, AC and a solid trusted company for HVAC needs!

I had a great experience with Air Crafts Heating and A/C. The technician (Gene) that came to our house yesterday to replace our filters and do a maintenance check on our heating and A/C system was really helpful, personable and clearly explained the preemptive work that was needed on a capacitor that was close to failing. If that went out the blower on our heater wouldn't work.Great experience and I highly recommend them!
