Every ER has it's wait times and with all the nasty cold and coughs going around me daughter and I visited twice in one week. Every staff member was compassionate and committed to helping us both feel better and discharged as soon as possible. Thanks Sutter!

No reflection on upper management but the people down here in emergency desk can't speak proper English. I have no idea what's she talking about and she's nasty and rude. Your security staff is to the left of me keeps talking about being mistreated by their boss. She will not stop coughing and has no mask on. They things that go on here makes me think of Highland Hospital. Security is super ghetto talking all ignorant and loud. Is this a county hospital or what. I pay an insurance policy every month. Smdh
