Great job by an experienced and knowledgable man who takes his job seriously and provides good value for reasonable prices including a senior discount. He is honest about what he can and cannot do, in our case we have not been able to identify exactly what bug it is but this was a starting point and if the problem returns we will continue working with him to get to the bottom of the problem. Turns out that like everything else nothing is a simple and clear cut as we would like to believe.
