You HAVE to go to Chamara! She works miracles and creates an amazing, unique treatment plan after a thorough consultation. I am dealing with an inflamed sciatica and I felt a difference immediately. Can’t wait to see her again!

Chamara is a miracle worker. Her hands are gifted. From the early days when I was running/wogging and CrossFit to getting me through COVID working at a home desk to ensuring that through a 2 year long injury I stayed mobile, aligned and kink free, Chamara is amazing! I recommend her to everyone and I travel 1hr 30mins to see her each way. If not for her, I would not have made some epic trips! Thanks refresh for an amazing stretch or massage.
