You HAVE to go to Chamara! She works miracles and creates an amazing, unique treatment plan after a thorough consultation. I am dealing with an inflamed sciatica and I felt a difference immediately. Can’t wait to see her again!

Chamara is the Most Amazing Massage Therapist I have ever had. Her ability to connect with the body is unmeasurable. Her constant attention to detail and desire to be intentional about continued learning and professional development only further aides in her abilities to meet the needs of all of her clients. Chamara is a miracle worker. Her hands are gifted. From the early days when I was running/wogging and CrossFit to getting me through COVID working at a home desk to ensuring that through a 2 year long injury I stayed mobile, aligned and kink free, Chamara is amazing! I recommend her to everyone and I travel 1hr 30mins to see her each way. If not for her, I would not have made some epic trips! Thanks refresh for an amazing stretch or massage. Don't forget to add the goodies!
