Finally had a chance to do a review. After two terrible returns by another company, Bill turned it around for us. He is very good at pulling out the details for our personal taxes and my home business, and for the past two years, we have very positive returns. My daughters also switched from their past company to using Jill and they couldn't be happier. Both are teachers and I knew with what they spend to maintain their education and classrooms that they were not getting good advice and returns. Jill asked questions we didn't realize would help their tax returns, and they have been very pleased with the results. Bill, Jill and the whole office staff go above and beyond to create a great customer relationship.

If you need the taxes done right this is the place my tax agent is Elena and she is great. if she ever leaves I am following her. She has been my goto for 6+ years, I used to use Turbo Tax and it was a ripoff she ended up going back through my taxes and sending amendments to fix, they charge for each year they review but its worth it, in the end, to get them done right. I am from Sacramento and tried to find other tax people locally however none were familiar with all the tax laws as she was.
