I got an appointment in less than 10 minutes. I wanted to see if I could have the lenses in my current frames replaced. I was able to order the new lenses quickly. My Representative was knowledgeable, confident, friendly and professional. Stating that he had many years of experience working in an eyeglass lab. Overall my visit was pleasant. thank you!

Ms. Ochoa was very helpful, helping me choose a frame that was light, durable, and which we both agreed looked good on me. Even though I was a walk in, I was helped within 5 minutes of checking in.

The optical dept was extremely efficient. I made an appointment, came in my wait was less than 3 min. Once I was with the young lady assisting me, she was thorough and very helpful. I was well pleased with my visit to Kaiser Vallejo Optical.
