The staff could not be more helpful. The person who was helping me listened carefully, understood the challenges I have been having, and was able to guide me in my purchase. All in under half an hour, wonderful!
First, shout out to the two ladies at the reception desk (I am so sorry that I don't know your names). Both were courteous, customer-focused, and helped me book a walk-in appointment and check-out.
Second, Mirna, the optician, was SO much help! She really does her job well. She selected frames for me to try and was kind, yet honest with me about how they looked on my face. She suggested I take selfies to include opinions of friends/family and was patient while I slowly but surely eliminated all but the two pair of frames I needed. It is evident that she enjoys her job. She made the entire experience fun!
Just to let you know there is a person named "Michael" that works in the Vallejo vision office! I have gone and there's several times so that he can help me with my glasses and he has been so helpful. I'm going to continue to go in there just because of him!
