I used Matt's Taxes Service and I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy. I had follow up questions and he refused to answer. You're better off with H & R Block.

It's devastating that Matt's taxes filed my 2020 taxes and then just left me hanging with no assistance whatsoever which I'm still fighting the IRS for my 2020 refund. So disappointing and I'm wondering if it's even legal that they just leave me hanging like this

I've been using Turbo Tax for the last 10+ years. Decided to go with a local business for 2019-2020 and was not disappointed. A little different going to someone's home to do taxes, but felt right at home in another Filipino household -- she even had cameras so you can see around the property, the place felt secure needless to say. At the end of the day I ended up paying less than Turbo Tax and got the biggest return I've ever had. Will be coming back next year for sure.
