“I don't even know where to begin. This is a long overdue review, but Carlos and his team at Final Touch were absolutely amazing. They were super efficient, professional, and we had a fantastic experience with them. We had an over 115 pound doggie staying with us for almost a year, and we didn't realize how damaged our hardwood floors got. We had 3 other folks take a look and they all said they couldn't fix/refinish our floors since we had engineered hardwood so it wouldn't be worth it and recommended that I should just replace our entire floors. I was 8 months pregnant so I didn't have the time to get our entire floors redone. Carlos was the only one who was willing to at least try with a small sample to see if it could be done. They did such a beautiful job, and I am so happy it all worked out! They really relieved a huge stressor for me, and our house looks brand new. The price was extremely reasonable and I recommend them 1000%. 12/10!“
