I’ve been coming here for the last four or so years. The staff is always friendly. The prices are super reasonable. I always come out feeling relaxed. They always ask about the pressure of the massage and temperature of water (foot massage/reflexology). The hot rocks are always a plus. The cup of water at the end is always appreciated.
The best massage I have received in years, Amy is incredible with her hands makes you forget the pains you bring before the massage. I recommend 100% this place they really give you a massage as it should be. ??????
This place has 10/10 customer service! They are very kind and attentive to you. Compared to some of the places I've been, the staff at Golden Island spa are very gracious. I accidentally scheduled a massage with them, because I chose the first golden island massage in Google. I meant to schedule with the one in Napa (not affiliated) and Lily was so understanding about the mix up even though I was in the middle of an hour massage and wasn't able to get back to her for an hour after her message. I recently moved to Napa from Vallejo and have had massages at Golden Island, but it has been awhile. From what I recall the staff is knowledgeable in reflexology and you will absolutely leave feeling refreshed and ready to take on the world. Definitely go to Golden Island Massage the next time you need a massage!
