The staff is great, and I've had nothing but good things to say with the actual piercings. But the hours are never accurate and every time I try to come get pierced no one is in the shop, it's closed and no one will answer the phone. It's very frustrating when they say walk-ins are welcome from a specific time but no one is there to tend to the customers.

I've got A-LOT of piercings; so I'm just gonna do a general review for anyone shopping around for the right artist. All the piercings I've gotten here were done right. They healed quickly, they've lasted and they were affordable. Both of the piercing artists (Mitch and Irais) are experienced, kind, super professional and their knowledge base is INCREDIBLE. I can't speak to Ghost Towns current ink slingers-- I've not gotten one here, in some time-- but one of my favorite pieces was done here. Great place, great employees! Quick service and very helpful throughout the process. Definitely recommend, especially if you're getting first-time piercings like myself with my nose piercing. They made me feel welcome and comfortable and relaxed. And I had no process with my piercing.
