Walking in, Neha was occupied and I asked to wait for her but the other lady working insisted she'll be available in 20-30mins and that she could do it. I caved in and let her and she kept messing up. She also started threading really slow after I asked her to fix it the first time, do you know how painful that is?! After about 3 tries, Neha walked back in thank god and I asked if she could take over and fix what the other girl messed up. I wish I got her name, but just always ask for Neha if you want your eyebrows done right.

There are many places that are a hit and a miss, the woman here constantly hits for me! I have thinner eyebrows that are harder to shape as the hair grows every which way, she is always able to shape it the way I want and better! Fast and efficient! She has never once made me uncomfortable for being on the thinner side in terms of eyebrows.

Thread my eyebrows very nicely. I noticed that the lady who threaded my eyebrows did not change her gloves before threading the next person. Also notice that they don't Sanitize their eyebrow scissors after each use.
