Most God awful hospital. Do not go here. Here are the decent people at this hospital (These people were excellent: Jeff, RN on the 4th floor; Bernadette, ICU Nurse; Steve, ICU Nurse; Dr. Goertz, ICU Doctor; Brianna & Beya were good as well. They were surrounded by incompetence yet still managed to shine. Even though I appreciated these people, the overall experience there was beyond atrocious. Its is a machine being run by robots who need to Go back to school to 1) hone their English skills so they can be better understood; 2) attain skills in how to be empathetic and compassionate to all people and if they aren't able to do this they should find entirely different career paths because they do not care and are patronizing, spiteful and overall just lame). Unbelievably horrid hospital.
Sitting in a chair for two hours!!!! Asking a nurse when would we be seen. Her rude response was, we only have one doctor and he is leaving in 15 mins. What I don't understand is why you feel the need to be rude to people that ask? Let's not forget that these people have been waiting for hours. No common courtesy to anyone. If it wasn't for us coming in. You would have no job. Maybe you need to think of a new career, because you can see you're tired and rude.
