My experience with this dentist started because I was having tooth pain and I hadn’t established a dentist in Vallejo yet. I had tried two different places and they hadn’t worked out. (They were both horrible). The doctor called me a couple minutes after I had left a message and was able to schedule me in a few hours later. I ended up needing a root canal and he was able to start it right away. A coworker recommended Dr. Chaney. My experience has been that he is very thorough. He explained to me each step as he was doing each procedure and why, this helped with my anxiety. If I needed more pain medication in a spot, he would add it. My treatment started within minutes of my scheduled time. The dental hygienist had gentle hands and good advice, backed up by Dr. Chaney when he checked my teeth himself. Future scheduling was prompt and adapted well to my schedule and those of my wife and son, whom Dr Cheney will seeing soon.
This was my first visit and enjoyed meeting Dr. Chaney and friendly staff. I liked how he took the time and patience to explain and seemed very knowledgeable about all the procedures I need .
