We had a heat pump installed in December 2023 and everything went very well. A-1's pricing was very competitive and their product is excellent. The heating was great as is the air conditioning. Recently, we had a problem with the AC and called A-1. They responded immediately and fixed our problem quickly. They sent their technician, Jose, and then sent one of the owners, Nick, to help us out. It was during a heat wave and I'm sure many people had AC problems but A-1 made us feel like we were their most important customer. I highly recommend this company!

Jorge was out to do the by-annual HVAC maintenance. He did an awesome job. Fixed the vibration noise in my compressor. Everything is now checked and balanced. A-1 is a great company and I’m very happy customer.

Jorge came today and did servicing and replaced my filter. He was most cooperative and even did something extra for me so I appreciated his service is very much. He was efficient quiet and did a very fine job
