Castleworks !!! Yes !! Thomas Bright ! Yes ! Five stars and Stellar tech. ( shout out to Scott too who did maintenance and fix leak for us too in the past so yes , Castleworks is stellar ). This morning woke up to no hot water ! Ugh !!! Had an emergency the weekend after New Years ! I was in panic mode because of having no hot water. Thankful for Castleworks On Thanksgiving morning, I discovered water leaking down the side of my 24-year-old water heater tank in the corner of my garage. UGH! I instantly called the number for the company that installed it and learned that they had sold the business to Castleworks. I read positive reviews for them on Yelp, so I decided to give Castleworks a try. The company sent Thomas out to diagnose and remedy the problem. Miguel López was extremely professional. I appreciate his patience, work quality & kind demeanor. Miguel took extra time to teach my son everything he needed to know about the water heater and answer every question that I had. I can't speak to the value of the service as company pricing was based on packages rather than itemized materials and labor. However, Miguel arrived on-time and had everything needed to replace my water heater on the spot. Would definitely use him again!
