I needed to replace my old water heater and they got in and got it done, in hours! Tristian, the installer, was professional and kind. Payless had installed my tankless water heater so made sense to use them for servicing it. It was due for a descale and it was super easy to make an appointment. Daniel D. came in the time window, explained what he was doing and completed the job in a timely manner. He also updated my info in the system to make sure they contact me for my next service.
