Worse experience. I took time to schedule in advance at her Santa Clarita office. They confirmed my appointment day prior. When u get there she tells me the machine is broken and jumps on the phone to get mad at her employee for not calling me. Instead of trying to fix the issue and possibly reschedule me while I was there. Complete rudeness and she’s the doctor. She left me in the waiting room. Felt extremely awkward so I left Bc at this point she walked away to go talk on the phone. She never called me to try to fix the issue or reschedule me. Extremely unprofessional

Very disappointing , first time I arrived and waited for 1 hr. Paid 475.00 with no results. Huge bruises . Returned to follow up and was told to arrive at 10:00 Dr. Hashemi arrived 11:24 . No integrity and very unprofessional.

I was a little unsure about my hair loss treatment, but Dr. Hashemi was very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. The office is in a convenient location, and has a ton of parking. Staff are nice and friendly. Thank you!
